Report “Colonialism 3.0: Origins and Methods of Modern Western Globalism” was presented during the IX BRICS Civil Forum
The fact that dozens of countries have already declared their intent to join BRICS indicates that the chosen course is right. But in order for the alternative proposed by BRICS to become even more distinct, it is necessary to more clearly understand the origins of modern forms of neocolonialism and the methods used by its theorists and practitioners. Experts from the TASS News Agency Analytical Center with the support of the BRICS Expert Council - Russia prepared a report “Colonialism 3.0: Origins and Methods of Modern Western Globalism” in an attempt to go deeper in them.
